The compact busduct housing is made from electro galvanized or galvanized steel sheet to provide protection to the load-carrying busbars. The intrinsic strength of this material makes it ideally suitable for high rise constructions and can withstand tough handling during on-site installation. One-bolt jointing system provides the most effective way to join the busducts. The busducts are joined by slighting the two duct joiners together. No cumbersome accessories or skilled installers required. Each copper bar conductor is insulated with multi layers of 125-micron ployester film. The overlapping films act as an airtight seal to guard against dust and moisture resulting in operational malfunction and power loss
